Why we need it

 In Myanmar, freelance job culture is not developing. Many employers are also conservative in the issue of jobs. They don't think that some people can finish jobs without siting in the office. Myanmar people not only need freelance job but also part-time job. If local people, especially students, have freelance and part-time jobs, GDP of the country will be higher.

How to come over barriers

There are two barrier to start running such kind of community online. First is online payment system. For freelancers, they company will transfer the payment via only payment accounts. In this case, people in Myanmar still don't have culture using online payment. On the other side, there we cannot still see a perfect payment system which will connect with other countries. In this condition, you can also become the agent to pass the money to freelancers. Companies send you money to give freelancer. Then you give to freelancers in the office or you go pay them. You can take a little percent of commission here.

Second barrier is about language. Your website will be used by many people from other countries as well as local companies. I am afraid that your freelancers don't have good skill to communicate with foreign people. How to come over it? You can filter people by their skill in language. You can filter them by English language tests, especially writing skill. Those who cannot write English will only be able to get local companies' project. Those who can write will get global projects.

Third barrier is about the skill. Every people can sign up and can fill their skills and abilities in their profile. But you need to filter them to know if they can really do or not for what they committed. For example, for web developer-freelancers, they may have to pass some tests on your website. After only they pass, you give them permission to get projects.

How you can generate money

There are many way for you to generate money for website.You can give them free accounts for every companies. But premium account (pad account) users will only be able to browse more freelancers. You don't need to take money from freelancers. Just try to get benefit from companies who use your website hiring freelancers. You can also get money from display advertising too. In extra, you can also add more category such as part-time job. You website would be very great.

But you must have one passion. you should not do this only for your greed. It is a social entrepreneur business, making people's life better by your business!
